  • MCCS Lejeune-New River hosted two auctions a year. Moving to an online auction has many benefits to include:

    • You don’t have to wait until enough items are collected to host an auction. Items are posted throughout the year.
    • View items online. You are not limited to the preview times the day before. Items are posted when received.
    • You can bid on items anywhere you have access. You don’t have to take time off from work to bid!
    • Real time bidding.

  • Visit https://www.go-dove.com/en/register.

    • Create an account
    • Confirmation email will be sent to email provided in registration. A temporary password will be provided in the email. Write this down.
    • Click on the activation link.
    • Enter temporary password that was provided in confirmation email.
    • Create a new password.
    • Your account registration process is completed.

  • Desktop Instructions:

    • Visit https://www.go-dove.com/en/index.
    • A number of searches can be done from this page.
    • Navigate to show Camp Lejeune items:
      • Select Browse by Location
      • United States of America
      • North Carolina
      • Click "Location" shown in the table. This will sort the location column by city. You can then scroll down to Camp Lejeune and see what is currently available to purchase. If Camp Lejeune does not appear in the list, this indicates there are no items currently up for purchase.

    NOTE: It is not required to log in to view items.

    Mobile Instructions: The process is the same as desktop however, it is best viewed by turning your phone in landscape position.

  • Items are uploaded to the website in lots. The auction website host determines when items are displayed and open for purchase. Check the site frequently as items are constantly being added.

  • The site indicates opening and closing dates for items.

  • On the home page, select My Account and then Current Bids. You will have the option of selecting Auto-Refresh that will keep your bids current. On the Account Summary section, you can see what Lots you are watching.

  • If an item has a minimum bid, it will be displayed with the item.

  • To help with the bidding process there items are subject to bid increments based on current bid range categories. Below is the minimum bid increments based on those categories.

    $2,500 - $4999.99 $100

    $25,000 - $99,999.99 $1,000
    $100,000 - $149,999.99 $2,000
  • All new buyers and those with less than a $2000 purchase history, may be required to put down a $500 deposit for some events. To determine if a deposit is required, click on the event number next for the items.

    Bid Deposits must be paid via certified funds (cashier's check, money order or wire transfer) Payment instructions are listed below. Credit card payment is not an option for deposits.

  • All items you win are subject to a 12.5% buyer’s premium fee.

    Deposits - All new buyers and those with less than a $2000 purchase history, may be required to put down a $500 deposit for some events. To determine if a deposit is required, click on the event number next for the items.

  • Closing times for each item are shown in the item listing. This auction site practices "Extended Time". Auction end / close times are automatically extended an additional 5 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of an auction. This will continue until no bids are placed for the last 5 minutes of an online auction.

  • Yes. Under My Account, you can select the option of Invoices & Payments.

  • No. To view items, visit https://www.go-dove.com/en/index.

  • Items may only be previewed online.

  • Payment is done online. Please visit refer to the payment tab located under the item purchased for full details.

  • Once you bid on an item, you will be taken to a page to enter your payment information. This step will not have to be completed for future purchases. You are able to store your payment information for future bids/purchases.

  • Yes. Once bidding is closed on the item, you may pick up your item on Base. Pick up is by appointment ONLY. You MUST have a valid DoD ID; sponsored access will not be provided..

  • You will not be charged for general assistance getting items off the docks. There will be a $50 charge if a forklift is required to move/load items.
