Items are uploaded to the website in lots. The auction website host determines when items are displayed and open for purchase. Check the site frequently as items are constantly being added.
The site indicates opening and closing dates for items.
On the home page, select My Account and then Current Bids. You will have the option of selecting Auto-Refresh that will keep your bids current. On the Account Summary section, you can see what Lots you are watching.
If an item has a minimum bid, it will be displayed with the item.
To help with the bidding process there items are subject to bid increments based on current bid range categories. Below is the minimum bid increments based on those categories.

Closing times for each item are shown in the item listing. This auction site practices "Extended Time". Auction end / close times are automatically extended an additional 5 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of an auction. This will continue until no bids are placed for the last 5 minutes of an online auction.

Payment is done online. Please visit refer to the payment tab located under the item purchased for full details.
Once you bid on an item, you will be taken to a page to enter your payment information. This step will not have to be completed for future purchases. You are able to store your payment information for future bids/purchases.

Yes. Once bidding is closed on the item, you may pick up your item on Base. Pick up is by appointment ONLY. You MUST have a valid DoD ID; sponsored access will not be provided..

You will not be charged for general assistance getting items off the docks. There will be a $50 charge if a forklift is required to move/load items.
