Those who have registered by the Tuesday prior to the race, can pick up their race packet at the Wallace Creek Fitness Center on the day prior to race day from 9AM - 2PM. All racers can pick up their packets at the race site on the day of the event from 6-7:30AM.

Due to Marine Corps security measures, all visitors without a Department of Defense (DoD) ID Card not being escorted by a DoD sponsor, must be vetted prior to being granted entry. To ensure that a Installation entry pass is granted, you must supply the information listed below upon registering no later than 17 days prior to race day. Failure to provide accurate and up-to-date information will result in denial of access without a refund. Guests that will be coming with you will need to provide the following information:
First name, Last name, Date of Birth, Driver License # and expiration date and State of Issue & Home Address. (Minors without a driver’s license or state ID, are exempt) Those who supplied the required information will be able to pick up their pass the morning of the race prior to entering the Installation.

In order to alleviate congestion on the course, we will start in waves of 10-15 minute intervals. There will be 150-200 runners assigned per wave with approximately 10 waves. Your wave designator will be indicated on your bib when you pickup your race materials. Waves will be determined by your average mile run time and by random selection, if a time is not available.

1-Mile Fun Run:
Begins after the last wave of the 5-mile.

GEAR CHECK

Gear check will be available to runners. Please avoid checking items of high value.

REFRESHMENTS

Complimentary refreshments will be available to all participants at the end of the race. One beer will also be available to the runners who are 21 years of age or older, while supplies last.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the top three male and female OVERALL and OVERALL MASTERS finishers, and to the following age categories:

9 and under

10-12

13-16

17-19

20-24

25-29

30-34

35-39

40-44

45-49

50-54

55-59

60-64

65-69

70 and over

Team awards will also be presented to the top team categories. Teams must have a minimum of 4 runners to score; husband and wife requires 2 and mixed teams require at least 1 person of the opposite gender. The awards ceremony will be held after the last runner has finished. Awards will not be mailed.

Teams, except Husband and Wife, must consist of at least 4 members and no more than 5 (only top 4 times are scored). Mixed teams must contain at least one runner of the opposite gender. Masters must all be 40 years of age or older.

Unofficial times are available immediately at the finish line on the digital display clock. Finish times will be available here at the conclusion of the race.
