Group Exercise Classes are open to all Active Duty, retired, reservists on Active Duty, dependents, MCCS employees, and Department of Defense employees. Proper identification required. Guests are permitted if accompanied by an authorized patron.

With the exception of Zumba and Kettlebells, children 12-15 years old can participate in classes as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
