Please seek out Relocation Assistance at your current location/nearest base. They may have a "Smooth Move Class or PCS Move Workshop" that is designed to help with the departure process and preparation for a move.

Bldg 40, Camp Lejeune
A one and a half hour session designed to train military sponsorship coordinators from all commands throughout Camp Lejeune. The training consists of the definition/role of a sponsor, and information on all the great resources available to a sponsor.
"Kids in Touch with Kids," a program for school age children (ages 6-18). Program provides a relocating youth or teen the access to a peer at the new duty station who will answer the concerns about the new area.
