Protect, Champion and Build the Warrior Within

Developing mental toughness and creating self-worth is key for your unit's mission readiness. This interactive skill building event is designed to equip service members with tools to manage life's stressors and help them develop mechanisms to cope with adversity. Marines and Sailors will discover resources that are available when experiencing unwelcomed, negative, self-defeating or suicidal thoughts. They will also have the opportunity to learn strategies to prevent or manage the escalating thoughts that can potentially become a harmful distraction. Plan to stay an hour or two to experience these skills and strategies for yourself, and see all that we have to offer.
