Protect, Champion and Build the Warrior Within

Mental, emotional and physical fitness is vital to maintain readiness for Marines and Sailors. This interactive event is designed to equip service members with tools to manage life's stressors through learning about ways they can strengthen their sense of wellbeing and how to practice techniques for remaining strong.

Attending this event will help service members and their families become familiar with the places to go and people to see when experiencing suicidal thoughts or other kinds of issues.

Service members attending will also be able to meet some mandatory training requirements through the UMAPIT classes provided at this event.
